Karen was all the things you want in a Loan Officer – really knew her stuff, helpful, responsive, but beyond that she treated you as a friend and had your best interest at heart. We have had the privilege of working with Karen on multiple occasions. She did our first refinance when interest rates started to drop. That process was so smooth and she was able to explain everything that was going on with ease. About six months later Karen reached out to let us know rates had gone down even further and asked if we were interested in running numbers to see if it would make sense to do another refi. We moved forward with this process and in total Karen was able to save us $350 a month plus we were able to get rid of our PMI. She was there for us every step of the way to answer any questions. Karen was then able to help our family out in a much more sensitive matter after our mother passed away and we had to figure out what to do with her house. She was able to help my brother refinance the house into his name after probate court and stayed in contact with us during that almost one year process as we waited on the courts during Covid. Karen has been an absolute blessing to our family and we will always go to her for any of our mortgage needs! I highly recommend her for anyone that is looking to purchase a home or refinance!

Karen, was my manager when I started in the mortgage industry about 15 years ago. I still remember how she took me under her wings and taught me the ropes. I remember her saying two important things.. 1. Be honest to the client whatever the situation maybe. They will accept your honesty. 2. Make sure you've tried every avenue to make sure that a client's loan is approved. She has in-depth knowledge with regards to loan products which is a key to a loan officers success.
