Thanks for the opportunity to assist with your mortgage financing needs. With over 20 years in the industry in various production and operations roles, I have a solid working knowledge of a wide variety of loan programs, an understanding of the ebb and flow of underwriting guidelines, and if I don’t know the answer off hand I know how to find it.
I fell into the industry many years ago as a fluke and found that I had a natural flair for the work. The love of helping a family get into their first home, or an empty nester on fixed income be able to refinance to afford a better lifestyle, came later as I began to get more comfortable with navigating the complexity of each individual transaction. At the end of the day, helping folks get and stay in their homes is what’s kept me in the business so long- despite the myriad of constant guideline and regulatory changes over the years.
My dedication to helping clients understand the mortgage process and the reason we do the things the way we do is what helps folks feel confident at that closing table. All questions are valid and no concern is too minor. I understand that knowledge brings comfort and confident decision making. If a part of the process is confusing or unclear, we’ll talk through it. With this practice, I strive to retain long term client relationships- people whose names and kids I can remember as their homes grow with their families; people who can call me a year after closing to ask a question about their escrow analysis and I know exactly who they are.
A 35+ year transplant of Houston, I live in Tomball with my two kiddos, four dogs, and an elderly cat. I enjoy travel, music, art, good food, good company, and good conversation. If we are a good fit, I look forward to working with you!
Documents Needed:
- A clear copy of your VALID, government-issued photo ID
- Most recent 30 days’ worth of pay stubs
- Most recent two years W2s/1099s/ K1s (as applicable)
- Most recent two months bank statements for all of your asset accounts, ALL PAGES
- If you are self-employed:
- Most recent two years personal Federal Tax Returns, all pages and schedules
- Most recent two years Corporate Federal Tax Returns, all pages and schedules (for any entity you own 25% or more of)
- YTD P&L
- If you own any real estate:
- Most recent mortgage statement, or evidence the property is owned free and clear
- If non-escrowed:
- Most recent hazard insurance declarations page (showing the yearly premium)
- Most recent property tax bill from all taxing jurisdictions
- Most recent HOA bill, if applicable
- If you are a non-resident:
- Front and back of permanent resident card, OR
- Valid VISA
